In-Person Reiki Treatment

Service Description

Experience the gentle, restorative power of Reiki in a calming, in-person session. During your treatment, you’ll relax fully clothed on a comfortable table while I, the Reiki Practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body. Reiki works by channeling universal life force energy to help release blockages, restore balance, and encourage the body’s natural healing process. Clients often describe feelings of deep relaxation, warmth, or emotional release, leaving the session with a renewed sense of clarity and peace. In‑person Reiki is ideal for those seeking stress relief, energetic alignment, or simply a quiet space to reconnect with themselves. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, offering a holistic approach to wellness that nurtures mind, body, and spirit. Each session will begin in our comfortable consultation area, with a 10-20 minute discussion about what you want the session to support and any relevant details about your current state of health and well-being. If it is your first ever treatment with me, we will also go over your intake form and discuss any medical history that is relevant. Next, we will move to the treatment table where you will make yourself comfortable atop a gently heated PEMF mat and your treatment will commence. I will place my hands either slightly above various parts of your body or gently on top of. The hand placements encompass your entire body and after I have completed the front, I will assist you in rolling over onto your stomach and continue the same hand placements along your back. If direct touch is not something that you feel comfortable with, please let me know at booking and I will modify your treatment accordingly. Your comfort is of utmost important to me. The treatment will take approximately 45-50 minutes. After the treatment is complete, I will end our session by grounding your energy back into your body at your feet. You will be given a few minutes to relax back into your surroundings and there will be an opportunity to discuss any feelings, emotions or sensations that arose for you.
