Distance Reiki Treatment

Service Description

Distance Reiki is ideal if you can’t attend in person, live far away, or simply prefer receiving healing in the comfort of your own environment. It’s a beautiful reminder that energy knows no limits. No matter where you are located in the world, distant Reiki connects us together in a sacred healing space. Reiki realigns your energy, reignites your body’s self-healing abilities, and tunes up your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies. How Distance Treatments differs to in-person; During a Distance Treatment we will schedule a call via Zoom to discuss how you're feeling and set your personal goals and our intentions for your treatment - this call will last 15-30 minutes. After we end the call, I will begin your treatment, which will last for 45 minutes. During this time, you are advised to find a quiet place to rest, reflect or mediate. If you aren't able to stop and rest that is OK, the Reiki energy will still be activated and working for your Highest Good - although I always recommend you take advantage of feeling the energy flow through you; it's very relaxing! After 45 minutes the treatment is complete, and you can take as much time as you need to ground back into your body, hydrate and bask in the beautiful glow of the Reiki energy. In the background I will be preparing a one-page report of our session with key insights and any details I noticed from our session which will be emailed to you within 2-3 hours of your treatment ending.
